Managed BYD ATTO 3 Ownership · Singapore
Purchase a specific BYD ATTO 3 registered in your name. We place it with a qualified hirer, manage rental collection and agreed vehicle expenses, and pay you S$500 monthly under your Owner Lease Agreement.
Process
You own one specific vehicle. We manage everything else.
Select your preferred vehicle configuration and review the full ownership terms, including the Owner Vehicle Lease and Fleet Management Agreement.
Proceed through vehicle financing approval and registration. The ATTO 3 is registered in your name (or your company's name), subject to the financing arrangement and lender conditions.
Execute the Owner Vehicle Lease Agreement with Embergate Auto. This governs the owner lease payment, cost responsibilities, operational terms and exit conditions.
Embergate Auto sources and screens a suitable, properly licensed private-hire driver and deploys your ATTO 3 into the managed fleet under your agreed terms.
You receive monthly owner statements covering rental income, expenses and owner lease payments. Payments are made according to the signed Owner Lease Agreement.
Important: You own one specific BYD ATTO 3, identified by its registration plate number and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Your ownership is subject to the relevant financing arrangements and the terms of your Owner Vehicle Lease Agreement.
